Yep, it’s a quote from Linda Ellerbee. I used to love her attitude. Anyway.

I figured the quote was appropriate because this little rant is about the net and the way things happen.

The other day I signed up for a piece of software that was supposed to write unique article for me. Had lots of selling points to it and the one I liked best was the related subjects. It would have been possible to make those standalone, with links to their pages embedded in the article and all optimized for the correct terms and using AdSense.

It looked so cool on the video and the article wrote itself. It was readable and it made sense. Biggest problem I could see was how you had to use it and the fact you needed to do some rewriting. So basically I was paying for a piece of software to write articles for me so I could rewrite the articles.

I already have to rewrite the aticles I have and sometimes even the ones I write myself. Kinda makes it no big deal except after the trial the price goes up. I figured, even with it’s limitations I discovered I might be willing to pay for it just for the usefullness of the ideas.

Now don’tcha know that I got an email a couple of days ago and the guys got a thing that lets you write all the articles you want, and it’s free. Doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of the one I have to pay for but it writes articles I don’t have to rewrite.

Unfortunately it doesn’t give me any ideas, or at least it hasn’t yet. Funny, isn’t it, that what I wanted in the beginning is what I thought I was getting when I paid and now that there is a free version of exactly what I wanted it kinda turns out that wasn’t exactly what I wanted.

Oh, and just so you know, I do plan on using the software.
