The dangers of smoking and smoking effects

One of the dangers of smoking is smoking kills. It’s quite likely what’s going to kill me. Anyone who smokes is stupid. Including me.

I’ve finally decided to stop smoking. I’ve tried to quit smoking cigarettes many times and haven’t succeeded. This time I will. Well, except for smoking weed when my pain gets to be to much to deal with,

That’s a totally different rant there. Later in time I’ll get to how much it irritates me that a drug that could help millions and is cheap is also illegal.

I’m not using any stop smoking aids except for my mind. Some of the things I’m doing with my mind I learned here Increasing mind power and using the power of the mind and so far it seems to be working.

I smoked for slightly over 52 years and I know what the effects of smoking are. Not being able to breathe is just one of them. However that’s not what prompted me to quit. Sex did. Can’t have sex if you can’t breathe at all.

Life and death didn’t enter into it. It came down to which is more important, cigarettes or sex? I decided sex was. Lol, when I can’t have sex anymore I might go back to smoking but thats far in the future.

Smoking is stupid and I knew that before the tobacco companies admitted it was harmful and they had been lying all along. They got me hooked on nicotine, unknowingly. I didn’t know it was an addiction I wouldn’t be able to kick.

I now have COPD so bad I can barely make it up steps and vigourous sex is out of the question. The COPD will probably never get any better but hopefully stopping smoking will help me breathe better until the Chinese get the stem cell therapy for lungs, completed.

So, I may bitch and complain about stupid people but I’m also one of the stupid people I’ll be bitching about now and then.
